knocking in front end( bayou 220)

when i turn the ffront wheels right my right side starts knocking! wat causes this?

its the tie rod end by the stearing stem. it happened on my 300ex

haha, my bayou is so smashed up and i put that thing through some major hell and its still runing on the stock bore
