Break In On '05 450r Recomendation

I was told one to two tanks of gas go through all the gears, get the rpms up a little but then off shift and so on.

I dont even have 30 mins on it what you guys reccomend????

Run for 1hr. at varying throttle positions but not wide open for any more than a few seconds. Check antifreeze level, change oil and filter and let her rip!
