I guess I dont see how this could be a scam, one of his accepted payment methods is in cash in person. If someone were to buy it from the sight he isnt far from me either I could hold it for you or something.

Its not legit!!! DONT BID!!! YOU WILL LOSE ALL YOUR MONEY!!! I CONTACTED EBAY AND THEY ARE TAKING IT OFF THE MARKET! This guys account was stolen and this guy is scamming people. Hes IP is not verified either. Plus, to top it all of, he is in Europe. He told me his father died and has t go to Europe right away but can ship the quad for free. Hes a liar. Check this thread out. Its about the same quad.

Im warning you. DONT BID!!! I have been a ebay member for a long time. Anytime a person asks you to be Preapproved... 90% of the time its a scam. Its only to get you sucked in and then he/she will send you a fake invoice that looks like its from ebay. Why they do this, to avoid any problems with ebay. I almost got scammed on a quad on ebay also. It was at a reasonable price but i was smart enough to contact ebay and have them check the invoice since there was a spelling error. Ebay contacted me back saying it was Fraudulent and to proceed no farther. Ebay also had me send the invoice along with all the emails i received from this scam to the FBI to farther investigate. STAY AWAY!!! You will lose every penny!
