Does anyone know if the 05 plastics will fit an 03 400ex

yes they will but u have to buy a mountin kit thing. ebay sells them.

I know that somebody do that mods on his 400 but don't remember who :confused:

Look nice but I like much better the 99-04

I did all you need to do is fab the mounts up for the headlight.

Is the fender assembly one piece or 2 piece?

Well you have the front fenders (one peice). then the headlight pod, and I don't know if the side covers and gas tank cover will interchange or not. It looks like they might, but I don't know.

They dont have 05 fenders
For 05 fenders, I believe the rears are the same, then you have the 2 peice fronts, a black hood, the headlight and some other stuff
