I got burnt up today

WOW, it was really hot today...Me and my g/f went to the pool near her place and it got up to 94 outside....i was in the sun from 12:30 til 3:40...and i look like i could be a spokes person for red lobster...i hate sunburn so bad...I figured i wouldnt burn because its rare that i do burn i just usally tan...but everything on me is burnt...legs, arm, face, back, chest....blah...anybody kno any home remedies to get rid of this burning sensation im feelin cuz i feel like im sittin in an oven

sucks man, ill go ridin for a few hours, then the next mornin, im not sunburned, but i take my shirt off, and my arm goes...dark dark dark.....WHITE, lol......its funny lookin, i hardly sunburn, i mainly tan, so i kinda have a farmers tan after ridin.

far as bein screwed...nah cuz imma go take a scalding hot shower i heard that heat cancels out heat...so that might make me feel better....or worse idk

ive got some of that expensive panama jack after sun burn reliefe junk that i got at the beach a few years back when i got roasted

its got aloe vera in it...i just put more of that stuff on when i got home tonight and i put some on when i got in out of the sun

bad thing is...my g/f that usually burns...got tan today...and i got the shytie end of the stick today....

i guess ill be usin some good block from now on cuz its posta be in the low 90's and high 80s for the rest of the week

I got one to. From the lake saturday went there at 1:00 and came back at 4:30. It sucks but o well. Ill have a nice tan when its done :cool:

You think your hurtin? First day was last weekend, I went to the navy show in New York, 98... I was there for five hours. Next day was the Englishtown race, I was the flagger... sitting in the sun all day, I got sunburn ontop of sunburn. My entire chest is purple/orange. I'm never leaving home with out sun block from now on. I'll grab a pic tomorrow for you guys.

94??? wow... normal for us... the other day it got up to around 104-108... and i was in the sun from about 12 till 6

the heat itself dont bother me....its the humidity...tahts killer because it had been raining all weekend and it was humid as hell today

Nah, I called the doctor to see if it was serious, he says that it's just a very srious sun burn, gonna last for a few weeks, but its only sunburn.

that aint nothing.............. you know how pieces of a sun burn will harden up well after a weekend at the lake one year my hole back was roasted it burned so bad i was sick to my stomache it eventually hardend up and i could barely move. I even had to call into work for a week

It's been stupid hot around here for the last 2 weeks ... only today did the temp finally drop . It's been 32 degrees celcius and HUMID in my damn apartment for the last 2 weeks .... it's too hot to even sleep . No stores in town have any air conditioners left either . We're screwed !!!!!!!!! :(

I went on a float trip last weekend on Current River if any of yall know where thats at in Missouri. 8 hours on the water without sunblock=2nd degree burned shoulders and back....all blistered and everything. Doc gave me some kinda steroids for it. Ill never go without sunblock again.:rolleyes:

for a while i used to wear a t-shirt swimming and everything to keep my shoulders from getting like my brothers was...paranoid i guess...

but when i ride, i wear long pants no matter how hot it is...im not getting my legs fooked up by the exhaust or motor....and most of the time ill wear long sleeve shirt w/ a short sleeve t-shirt under neath so if i get hot i can take the long sleeve off...i look at idiots all the time that wear shorts while ridin and just roll my eyes like w t f are yall thinkin
