i was wondering where i can find an oil cooler for my 300ex

Go to an autoparts store, or RV center.. and get a tranny cooler for towing. You'll want a cooler that's about 6" x 6" in the cooling fin area.

This will be your cheapest option.

You cut the copper tubing oil line that leads from the head cover to the oil pump. Realign them so they point the right way. Then attatch the ruber hose lines form the cooler to the copper tubing w/ a pipe clamp. Note: make sure to fill the cooler pretty full of oil before turning the engine over the first time. Turn it over a bunch of times by HAND so you get the air out of the system and don't start dry.

does that actually cut the temps that much by putting a larger one on
