head bolts

i have done a search on this but no correct answer of yet
can some one tell me what thread size and pitch each end of the bolts are and how do you get around the locating dowels?
also looking at my barrel the liner protrudes into the bolt holes so drilling will be hard as the drill will Vere off and take the easy route into the Alley

Stock is 10mm x 1.25 pitch- both ends, FDO studs are 7/16NC in the cyl. and stock on the other end. The tap for either the 7/16 or a helicoil tap will clear the sleeve flange and the dowel pin hole (with dowel removed) Get the FDO studs for best results!
