ok my friend has a 250ex bone stock as of last week. so far he just put on a DG xcellorator silencer and pipe.(i tole him to get megamax)a K&n and a big gun revbox. anyway he told me to rejet his bike so we got DG jets 110-123 which by the way are too long and hit the bottom of the carb so i took a ring grinder and ground all of them down so they would barely fit and first i put a 120 in and it would have clouds of black smoke, same story all the way to 113 just a little bit less smoke each jet change. right now i have a 113 klehin jet in it and it still smokes a puff of black when he gets of the gas but i am afraid to go any lower and i think a 113 is the best its gunna get i need some answers
