The Blackwater is long gone, but a new era is beginning with Racefest III at Timberline 4-Seasons Resort in Davis, WV. Saturday June 18 will be no doubt the Best Off-Road Race in West Virginia.

Paul Koontz Motorsports Promotions is starting a new venue for racing action in Canaan Valley. We need everyones help in sending Riders and Race Fans to this event. Help us put this event on the map!

This is a great place to race. We go up the double black diamond(THE DROP). The course will get any rider ready for next weekends GNCC at the WISP! Come on, lets see some different riders come for a great race!

exactly. it is almost the perfect race to use as a tune up for wisp!

They are expecting a riding group coming out of virgina to bring out 100 riders. I will be there no matter what. Since i live in Davis I get ready for the races by riding the old trails of the Blackwater 100.

How do you get by with that ,,,, I haven't had a quad on that piece of ground since 93. Man that was a sad day when they ended that Race. Gotta Luv those moon rocks...... I really luv'd starting on main street. I still have a Racer X illustrated with a picture of the 93 river crossing during the Quad race.

Ya it was sad when they ended that race.. Another sad part is that you cannot ride on the moon rocks anymore either. However you can still ride the part where the 93 rivercrossing is but thanx to the wildlife refuge you can no longer ride in Cannan Valley where all the swamps are. They have four Quads that patroll it every day. If you get caught they impound your quad and give you so major fines.

the race is at 2pm saturday, ending around 4pm. you could be at highpoint by 6 pm;) :D
