i wanted to tighten the bolts on the side that hold the beadlock together... how tight do i make these bolts i found that everyone was loose??? i never had to do anything with a beadlock and my dad has no idea either... should i make then tight or just give them a few turns to tighten it down some more??? any help would be appreciated... thanks.... TOMMY

Do as I say and all will be well. Turn them until hey seem tight and then give them one last turn. They will stay on and wont break or anything. Mine have never came loose. Yet.

Put blue locktight on them.

They need to be set at 20 ft-lbs.

I am calling you tomorrow about the 400ex tie rod ends working on my Speed, but was also curious as to if you had the Cannondale offset on reinforced wheels or not........JIM

My first reaction to that is, "Wow! That is high!" But then again I don't have Champion bead locks.

Note: HiPer beadlocks: 8 - 11 ft-lbs (96 - 132 inch pounds)
Douglas beadlocks: Not sure.... But I know it is a lot less than 20 foot pounds.... I'm scared of breaking those threaded bars!:(
