Im racing next season with the 400. She isnt ready this season, so over the winter im rebuilding it.

I need a-arms, axle and shocks. Those are the basics.

What brand of arms should i get? Or atleast look into right now, im thinking LSR axle, and elka shocks.

I want the best of the best of the best products on this 400 so let me know.

Pics also would help alot!

race the ex how she sits dont be a girl, I raced my bone stock EX with 23" mud bog tires and i took 1st place in a class of modded 450's and 400's setup for Mx. Thats how you get good. I reccomend getting Long travel a-arms Houser or LSR and match it up with a nice set of either Elka or Custom AXis shocks, dont worry about a swingarm just yet Honda design the 400 with a very nice swingarm. I recomend openign the motor up with some porting/polishing, 11-1piston, hotcams or TC cam for MX and pipe air filter. And some Razr 2 mx's all around

lsr, roll design, walsh, laeger, houser, ars-fx are all good a arm companies. as far as shocks go with Elka, custom axis or PEP. axle LSR or RPM.(stay away form dura blue and g force they bend and breake easy) swing arms u really dont need one right now. but any +1.25 is good. hope this helps
