if i buy a 390 big bore kit for my 300ex what else will i need to buy other then the kit. The wheeler already has a cam n valve springs.

The kit should be fine by itself since you already have a cam. The kit should come with new sleeve and piston and rings? Do you have a full exhaust or just the slip-on?

get it ported and polished and maybe some HD head studs

i have a full dmc. i heard they run hot so should i get somethin to keep it cool

try to get some tinner air scoops and oil cooler

Oil cooler is a must for that large of a bore.
