There is a forum for suspension only questions.

As far as the shock goes, I doubt. I think it has a piggy back reservoir and you need a remote reservoir for it to work.

Use an '01 Raptor rear shock on it, it will work. The '01 Raptor rear shock had a remote reservoir. This is the only year shock that will work for your Warrior though.

So if you decided to buy a Raptor rear shock, make sure the shock is off of a 2001 Raptor.

Ok, piggy back, the reservoir is mounted directly onto the shock.

On the remote, there is a line that is connected to the rezzie(comes off of shock and attaches to the rezzy) and you mount the rezzy on the frame somewhere.

Piggy back rezzy :

Remote rezzy : Notice the line that leads from the shock to the reservoir. The reason you need a rear shock with the remote rezzy is so you can mount the rezzy on your frame, if it was a piggy back, the rezzy would be in the way of your airbox and will not fit

Hope I helped!
