these are some pics i wanted to take of mine after i got the side panels put on, and i painted the case saver and heat guard black also. these are after a fresh wash and wax job. i also re loacted my keys and lights.

who cares if they are ugly? its better than having an ugly broken ankle. I dont have heelguards (when I bought my quad they were taken off) and I wish I had some on. No matter how good of a rider you are, you are going to make mistakes..... THATS WHY YOU HAVE HEELGUARDS. Show me a pic of your ankle after you screw it up...I bet you'll have those "ugly" heelguards on after that. Thankyou very much

i guess its just personal preference, ive seen guys on here that ride with nothing but foot pegs, no nerfs or heal guards. myself, i like the heal guards.

Stop your bit(hing ! Once you start riding without heelguards you never even notice they are there. stock heelguards suck anyways. Once you get nerfs you learn that your feet shouldn't even be that back back anyways.

back back eh....far back maybe??? When argueing always make sure to proof read before looking stupid when attempting to make someone else look stupid.

heel guards are kind of a personal decision some people like the extra safety they provide and I have a friend that races and says he like to dig his heels into them to help nose the quad down. I don't use them mainly becuase they bug me and just don't feel right but if you like em use em who really cares what's on someone elses bike any ways.

Siick pics bro, looks like you had a blast back in those woods. How did you build the jumps, by hand?!?! Must of been a crap load of work if you did, but in the end it's well worth it.

You guys are lucky as hell to have jumps in your backyard. People here in Jersey are so retarted, they call the cops the second you drive off your property. I tried building jumps in my backyard, but my dad flipped out and made me cover it back up.:D nice pics guys!

Acually thats my land we usually go out every other weekend if we get the chance. We own about 350+ acres and most of it is woods, but we have feilds and stuff etc.. We built that jump with shovels its hot and hard work, but it sure does pay off when its done:D Hopefully we can get my other pics scanned and up soon.

Did you guys just pile dirt up? I heard that a good way to make nice sturdy jumps is to put pieces of trunk from a tree, and pile it up cover it with dirt. How did you guys make your jumps so strong? most of the time whenever I make jumps, the first time I hit it, my bike goes striaght through them.:p

We pile dirt up and then step on it to pack it down and then get the quad and ride up it slow to press down on it.. then we hit it.

lol. i used to have neighbors whose kid rode little kawisaki dirtbikes. he was riding an 80 i think, and the kid was pretty good. so the parents built him a practice track out back of our property in a field. well the neighbors have since moved, and the trailer they lived in burned down one day. so i have my very own track.:D it's getting pretty worn down. all the jumps have two tire tracks in them. ive been wanting to build them up. maybe i'll get the shovel out after my shoulder heals up (wrecked a mini bike the other day:rolleyes: :p )

but sweet pictures man. thats what it's all about. just going out and having fun. as long as you like it, nothing else matters. well, other than the complaining neighbors

thats what I'm talking about man, your lucky!!! last time I built jumps in an abondend field, which is owned by my neghiborhood, the cops showed up after 5 mins, and told us to tear down the jumps or we would have our bikes towed. My friend was dumb enough to run trough the woods. haven't heard from him since.:(
