Didnt get help in any other forum can you guys help....

Next to your guys's post, next to your handle, or user name some of you have jpegs, or thumbnails...How do you guys do that, how do you get them there,,, you have to be a special member?????

its called an avatar. at the top of the page under the big atvriders.com banner you will see a small black bar. in that bar you will see user cp. click on that. once you are in that click on edit options. scroll to the bottom and you will see a button that says change avatar. click that and go to town

Do you know how to make it a thumbnail so the picture is 60kb or what ever?

resize it in paint to 65 x 65 pixels :cool:

Na I just tried that it didn't work....
There must be a way to change the file into an actual thumbnail... Or something... Cuz that didnt work.


Good try thought ...I got it to the size of your guys's thumbnailsand saved it but still it would not work the avatar thing said the file was to big and must by 60 or 06 kb or somrthing

keep making it a little smaller untill it works is what i usually do ;)

http://www.irfanview.com/ is a good free program, it what I use to resize all my avatars

All of my pics are larger then 150,000bytes. Done know how to make them smaller
