View Full Version : Should I rejet?
i got a honda 250ex, new air filter, its been jetted, white bros. e-series scilencer..
my question is, does it need to be re-jetted, considering jets was the first thing i did to it????? or can i just leave them..and will it make a big differnce in proformance if i do change them

if you jet it properly it will make a better increase in power since im assuming you jetted for the filter and not the pipe. You dont have to rejet, you could plkay around with the discs on the e-series to make it run right.

i have a 2002 yellow 250ex and we put a KN filter, Pro Circuit T4 pipe and filters in the airbox lid. It comes stock with like a 95 or 98 jet, well i put a 102 in it and that thing hauls ***, i think you should try a 102 jet and put some holes or filters in your airbox lid, you can really tell a difference.
