How do you like the plastic? Do you have any pictures of how you mounted it? I am getting ready to put mine on and I want to see how you mounted the rear fender support bracket...

Looking good and thanks for being a patient customer :). We don't have any heat tape on our 400ex rear and no problems been running it for 3 years make sure you use the bracket for the rear fenders keeps them from sagging. We tack weld the L bracket to the oem wire support for extra support.

I have heat tape on my rear fender ( i didnt have any rear fender supports so that could be the reason for the huge burn hole i have in my plastic) and they are still burnt and cracked. Im going to fab up some nice rear fender mounts though. Man MX is hard on your rear fenders ecspecially.
Very nice bike for an XC bike. It seems like the majority of quads on this site are XC....You guys need to try out MX!!!!

The support work great, I may tack weld them in the future. I rode it for a while and did not have any issues with melting or cracking....but I still but the heat tape on earlier...just in case.
