im needing a new axel lock nut for my 400ex. will a 300ex nut work. also has anyone used the rad lock nut is it work the extra money.

I don't know about the 300ex nut but I have lock nut similar to the RAD and it works great, especially if you're going to be maintaining the rear end regularly;)
