Number of Turns out on the pilot / air screw

I have a 96 300ex with a DG pipe,12 disk Supertrapp spark arrestor, and two, 2 inch by 1 inch slots cut in the air box. I just installed a 130 main jet and a 140 pilot jet. Can everybody PLEASE tell me the number of turns out you have on the air / pilot screw. I am at two turns out right now, and I am wondering if that is about right. I don't have access to a tach to set it the right way so I am hoping you all can give me a pretty good reference point to go with.

i run a 45 in my 400 and i have it out 2 turns but it's running a bit rich.
