Wanted: a rolling frame in PA

I have a friend looking for a "roller" somewhere close to PA/MD. He has an extra 350X motor and I guess we are gonna build a budget quad for him to ride. hopefully someone has a 250r, 300ex, 400ex etc that they want to let go kinda cheap...........

*edit* He just needs a rolling frame(preferably only needing a motor), he wants to put the 350x motor in said frame.

what do you consider cheapcuz i got 2. Would he sell the 350x motor?

I guess it depends what you have. The 350x motor isn't for sale (I've tried to buy it about 10 times).
He really wants a 250r frame, but I guess he would settle for less. He was looking at spending under $500, but he needs to know what is available before he really sets his price in stone. Plus it would depend on how "complete" it is.....

He doesn't need a title.

i have a 300ex and a 250x roller both are all stock about 97%coplete just needs a few small things
