have computer virus NEED HELP!!!!

One of my computers has a virus called the Trojan Spy virus... Has anyone ever had this virus before? I've tried everything to get rid of it. After I got the virus, I installed the Win Anti Virus, and it still can't get rid of it... when it try's to delete the virus, it says "the virus cannot be deleted."

Does anyone have any ideas how to get rid of this?

i downloaded ad aware SE personal, AVG, and McAfee security center and when ever i get a virus, spy ware or anything of that matter one of these programs find it and delet it. give them a try, all free.

ok, i'm downloading AVG right now.... I'll let you know if it works.
And how do you format your hard drive? Sorry, I don't know much about computers:ermm:

AVG scanned through my computer... it deleted some viruses, but wont delete the rest. What should I do?
