Axis Shocks

I GOT A PAIR OF USED AXIS DOUBLE RATE, RESIVOUR SHOCKS THAT ARE NOT ADJUSTABLE. THEY ARE SET FOR A RIDER ABOUT 150 POUNDS. I AM 210. I CAN BUY THEM FOR 250 AND WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO PUT ABOUT 300 IN THEM TO GET THEM RIGHT FOR ME. IS THIS A GOOD DEAL OR HAVE I BEEN TAKEN.
I RIDE SOME MX AND SOME CROSS COUNTRY.

id say its an ok deal cause a new pair of axis will run u like way over that price combined maybe even 1 grand

If its just a front pair C&D can definitely set them up for you weight cheaper tahn $300, but yeah that does sound a little cheap for axis shocks.
