Can you guys PLEASE help

Hey guys I just bought me a 2004 yfz last night. The guy told me it has a jet kit in it and it has a yosh pipe on it. I rode it around a little bit last night and the header pipe got red hott. Is this because it is running too lean? What should I do about it? I would appreciate all your input.

glowing pipes are normal. that's the cool thing about the new 4-strokes at night.

My 450r does the same thing and my jetting is perfect!

Awesome... thanks guys for your info makes me feel better I just thought it was running way too hot bc it was lean but if thats normal thats cool.
