when you are going to powder coat the frame you have to take everything off.:( how do you know where and how to put everything back on after its painted. :( thanks i really scared about this.

Take pictures as you're taking it apart! ;)

#1... if your even remotely mechanically inclined.. youll be fine..its easy as pie..
#2... get a clymer manual itll come in help for some things like the swingarm pivot bolt and other parts of the quad you might be a little nervous about..
dont worry once its apart youll be like oook i get it now....

when I take apart a motor,I take notes on how things goes and after that,I have many carton box that I write on it,Top End,bottom end,clutch then when I rebuild it,I know where the things goes
Take pictures also that will help a lot

lots and lots of labled ziplock bags
just pay attention to what your doing and know everythings purpose, you'll be fine. :p

ive tore mine to the bare frame twice...the 1st time i took it easy and made sure i took it apart and put it back together slowly and it ran fine! it took me about 4 days
the 2nd time only took me 4 hours because i knew what i was doing

yeah It took me a couple days to tak eminbe apart.. i had a big table set upt o lat all my parts on and i used ducttape to rap them and lebel em. it is a good idea to clean every part wile its apart.
took me only a few hours to put it back together,, i was excited..hahaha goodluck.,
