did you put a new fuel screw in?? cause if ya didn't, well, that's prolly what's wrong. does it run at all, or does it just run poorly?

you might wanna try draining the gas tank and cleaning the carb up real good. it may have some trash or water in it. and check if the carb is connected to the air boot and intake good.

i'd clean it all out first like was suggested up above.......but if that doesnt do it you might want to use a fuel screw tool and turn it in till it almost dies and then turn it back out slowly to see if you can find a spot where it will run better. if that doesn't work you may just want to check that any of the jets havent come loose.......
