What is the best way to remove ball joints from stock arms?

I want to powder coat a set.. and need to remove the ball joints from the arms.. whatz best method?

On the lower arm it is best to use a press. If you try to use a hammer and beat it out you will damage the inside of the joint. The upper balljoint does not come out

thats kinda what i did, i used a ball joint remover for auto's.. guess im polishing the tops!

anyone ever tried those ricky stator top arms? run about $220.00 for the tops.. and have removable joints..

yeah, i know to use a pickle fork for the tie rod to hub separation.. but i was speaking of pulling the joints from the arms.. but im done.. thx
