zip-ty fuel screw????

On the zip-ty fuel screw does each number represent a turn out? Because it says you are suppossed to turn it in 8 full turns until it seats but mine is turning 10 counting each number as one turn in. But if each number is not a turn in then I have another problem.

I put the stock screw back in and it seemed loose? What is the deal?

Each # is 1/4 turn. If you stock screw is loose make sure that you did not lose the oring, washer or spring that go in before the screw.
