My friend just put the elka long travel shocks w/rezzies on his 450r. He has the roll design A-arms and those elka's have the quadrates with 19" of travel. I took the thing out and it is unbelieveable how good the thing handles and you hardly even feel the bumps. Those were around $1200 though but a great shock!
