i have a 400ex with a fmf pipe but i am gettin rid of it and i want a white brother r4 and i was jus wondering if there is a quiet core insert for the r4. i was also wondering if it is loud without the quiet core. any comments will help

You don't need a pipe, we got enough cops because of my E-Series lol.

just get a E-series it has a quiet core insert and in my opinion its a better pipe just a suggestion:D

i don't know about the quiet core but normally the r-4 is LOUD!

rdmex, I would recommend the WB E-Series. I talked to White Bros and they told me they both give VERY similar performance, just one is louder and styled differently.

I personally like the look of the E-Series better, but that's just my opinion. Plus it is a bit quieter, which for me is a benefit.

I HAVE THR 'R' SERIES AND IT IS LOUD LOUD LOUD.....EVERYBODY CAN HEAR ME A MILE AWAY. I LIKE LOUD BUT THE PUBLIC HATES IT!!!

I run an R-4, and enjoy the boost and the bark (god forbid)!, the spark arrest that comes with the pipe does lower the DB a bit, but other than that - not a neighborhood friendly rooster. Its a good pipe pretty good fit and a great finish!

I heard an R-4 today , it was REALLY loud. I couldn't handle a pipe that loud.

you can get a quiet core for the R4 but other than that the pipe is just LOUD lol .....OH AND DOES ANYONE KNOW WERE I COULD A GET A CHEAP BLASTER THAT I COULD DO SOME WORK TOO I NEED 1 FOR 1000$DOLLARS AND LESS THAT I ONLY NEED TO DO 500 DOLLARS AND LESS WORK TOO ....B/CUZ I HAVE A GOOD IDEA AND I NEED A BLASTER AND ILL SHOW YOU GUYS BE4 PICS AND AFTER PICS OF IT ....BUT IM IN NEED FOR ONE SO IF YOU KNOW WERE I COULD GET ONE FOR 1000 AND LESS EMAIL ME AT trenster67@hotmail.com THANKS !!!!

i heard an r4 yesterday and it wasnt very loud. but it was on a 250ex. it only made it as loud as a 400 but im not sure if it had a quiet core in it or not. im gettin an e-series for my 250ex this summer ive heard only good things about it and i think it looks better.
