how much horespower stock does a 250r have compared to a 400ex

I want to say back when the 400ex came out they had an article that compared the 400ex,xr400,and 250R. They wanted to show how much power the 400 engine lost when sticking it in a quad and how it compared against it's brother 250R the rear wheel of the 250R was 31, the xr was 33 and the 400ex was 27.
