My PRM bumper survived an encounter with a tree in third gear. I flew off after hitting a stump on unlevel ground and my 400ex rolled straight into a tree (may have been prevented with some good suspension). I thought for sure the bumper would be trashed but it held up well with very small damage. A bolt snapped and the only damage is where the bumper hit the frame.

I have that same bumper and love it. Good to know it will hold up to some abuse. I already know their .250 skid will:devil:

I hit a tree in 2nd gear and my prm bumber held up pretty good. The tree caught bumber in the side and bent the right side back quite a bit. It still works fine

i would check to see if your frame bent as well, those look like pretty strong bumpers,i would rather have a bent bumper then a bent frame

A year or so after i got my fourwheeler i let my friend ride it and he hit a tree at about 40-45mph. Bent the frame real bad. The OEM bumber was in peices. The PRM bumbers are nice, they kinda have a little skid plate at the bottom and they are pretty thick.

ive already looked over the frame and everthing is fine. I straightened the bumper with a small hammer and it fits like a glove again.
