Just go to post a reply and then at the bottom it will say attach file. Click on browse, then find the picture that you want to put on the post. Click on it and it will automatically take you back to were you clicked on attach file and then you have to right something in the "your reply" section then post it. If it is too big then you will have to resize it and that is kind of difficult to explain but you should be fine. Oh and make sure the picture is either a gif, jpg, png, txt, or jpeg. Go for it.
