Just to clear up a couple of things. Mike Cafro and Danny Prather were in third when they hit the highway for the last 16 miles. To bad for them the swingarm broke before the finish. When I saw Danny on the highway he was only 30 seconds behind Miller. I'm not sure what happend with Schooley as far as DNF or DQ but I do know he was in front of team Bombardier for most of the day. In fact the story I here is that Greg caught him before he got off and Wheeler got on. Schooley said he hit the dirt heading to the finish and never again saw Wheeler who was behind him. Congradulations to all the finishers. I hear it was a rough course.

Course was very rough in the mikes loop. My buddy todd stemermann was in a 5 open car and was stuck out on the mikes loop for a couple hours trying to get up the hill. reports say over 20 cars spent the night out there at simpsons hill. congrats again to all of the finishers.

Thanks for posting the report, socallen85, and I feel it was a great start. Ofcourse, I wish you didn't have to use Offroad.com photos because I wouldn't want them to get upset, but atleast you kept the logo on to give credit where it was due.

Thanks Again for posting the report
