Razr2's or HD's?

Hey guys, I am getting some new tires all around for my 400ex soon. I am wondering whether to get Razr2's or HD's. I ride a lot of woods trail and a lot of gravel type lime and mud. I would really appreciate you guys opinion and if you have another choice of tire that you think is better let me know. Thanks Ethan

I'm not sure about how HD's would hook up in that type of terrain, but I rode a friends 450R with HD's on the back, on some loose, kind of silty stuff, and the HD's HOOK UP!!.

The hd's hook up in anything it seems like, in my opinion the rear razr tires don't hook up very well in sandy conditions. The combination we tried for the last race was Razr2 fronts and Hd rears worked rather well. We have another race this weekend different terrain we will see how they do :D oh did I say the rear hd tire is awesome been using them for a year :p

how much could I get a set of Razr2's from C&D for?

I think the razr2's are the best tire out right now. My first set of rears lasted 2 years. And i ride alot!, on all types of terrain. If you woods ride go with the 22's.

i love my razr 2's. had the rears a year now and theyre still like brand new. and the fronts are new this year i wonder how long theyll last.:confused: never had a tire as good as em and they hook up great in mud. only thing is theyre quite a bit heavier then stockers so it wont lift up as easily in higher gears but still i think theyre worth it.:macho
