2 stroke pull start problem

Well my pocket bike broke.

When I pull the pull start it doesnt turn the motor.

I removed the side case hoping to find a simple fix, but negative, it seems something broke loose farther inside the motor.

Does anyone know what the problems is? Or sugest a good webpage or manual I can buy that will help me with this.

the motors a 49cc 2 stroke.

when you pull the starter,the crank rotate or it wont turn?

It seems to easy for the crank to be turning.

check if your crank turn,if not it can be blown

its not difficult to take apart a weed eater motor :rolleyes:

I'm actually having a harder time with this motor than I did when I build my 440... so I donna know...


I just took it to a shop. Got the head milled and ported too..

Its kinda funny to say im getting the thing ported ... the exhaust port opening is about 1"x 0.5" in diameter..

i bet your crank is broke on the pull start side
