View Full Version : 01 400ex with 05 plastics?

I have an 01 400ex that i bought, and the guy before me that had it put the 05 front hood and fenders on it. Now does this mean i can order graphics for an 05 400ex?

Yes, brackets were modified mainly to hold the center headlight in place.

Correct me if im wrong. He probably just got the front fenders and headlight, laid them on. Saw which brackets align and bolt them in, and either weld, or bend the other brackets to reach the new spots...correct?

Now my last ? is, are the 400ex and the 450r headlights the same?

I was looking on ebay and i cant find a single part for a 05 ex.
