Go for the shocks. You will be faster with good shocks than with a new pipe. Since you do a lot of jumping I would stay away from the wheel spacers.

Exhaust first.
Then Suspension.
No Wheel spacers especially if you ever jump.

But it really is a close tie between suspension and exhaust on a 300ex. The exhaust will cost you a couple hundred.. but the suspension will cost about double to get all 3 shocks. And you need all 3 on a 300ex.

If you do shocks for a couple more bucks I'd look at a shock relocator so you can use the longer (400ex length) shocks on your 300ex.

But then again since you do a lot of jumping.. you may want the shocks first. ;) Stock 300ex shocks are painful.. lol.

get the shocks first, especially for racing. shocks will make u go faster than if u get an exhaust. if u dont have the $$ for 3 shocks, just get two for the front. the rear shock s*cks but the frot shocks are even worse so replace them with aftermarket ones first. wheel spacers will make some of your front suspension/steering parts more prone to breaking. not sure exactly what but ive heard some parts will break.

Yea, the fronts are defintaly worse.. as well as prone to breaking at the lower mount. Gotta love spot welds on a shock... lol.

2 front dual rates won't cost that much. Get the rezzy option for sure. Piggyback or Remote either one is great. (don't forget to look into a shock mount relocator for the longer shock option) Can get a lil more wheel travel and let it sag more at the same time w/o affecting the ride height.

which are better, dual rate w/ rezzies or triple rate w/o rezzies. triple rate w/o rezzies are $100 cheaper

I was told by quite a few people not to put the shock relocator on, just to save my money and buy decent a arms for the front and suspension made for the 300 and it would handle much better, for a year and a half I ran with my wheels inverted to get 2.5 inches wider on each side and had my works performance front shocks on stock a arms and I was getting around 20-25 feet, 10-15 feet high tabletops and doubles like that and never broke anything, and I'm 5'5'' and 160lbs but the spacers I wouldn't trust to do that, just spend your money on nerf bars first if you dont have them on yet and you're racing but after that: front suspension, exhaust and K@N, 400ex carb and rev. limiter...
