Its a EX with a full LRD system, KaN,416 big bore,and Duncan race cam.Im not quite sure what jets i should run.

Are you running the Airbox lid on or off? If you run a Keihn main with stock needle I would put the needle in the 3rd position, 155-160 main, 2.5 turns out on the mixture screw.

If you put a Dynojet jet kit in I would run the needle in the 3rd position, 165 main, mixture screw 2.5 turns out
