Yea we do that in my buddys truck except we duct tape the plastic the truck. We usally do it when we go camping or something.

I put blocks between the frame and the axle on my s10 to keep the bumper off the ground, this is when I have a big arse generator/weilder in the back. the truck is a pos so it dont matter. That is legal IF the pasangers are over 18 and are seat belted in. lol
