what do i do next?

heres the story...

i sent 30 dollars to FOURZEROZERO member on here.. for a set of powermadd hand guards... he said the bolts got stripped out and he was going to send my money back.. so i said thatd be ok with me....after a week a sent him a PM seeing if he might have forgot to send it etc. etc. and over a period of about 2 months ive sent 3-4 more PMS.. i did PM tracking and found out that the messages i sent had been read.. so i dont know what to do now.. ive sent nice messages each time so i know i didnt make him mad.. i just kinda want my money back.. racing is expensive lol... what should i do now?

well I don't think you will see your money back, it could be worst it could be 1000$, it's only 30$ I say it's not worth the trouble

i did businees with him he was fast but i guess hes gotten bad try emailing him and pming again just asking for him to reply he should if he has a conscience (sp) and knows that keeping it is wrong sry to hear this though:(
