Graphics and plastics?

I have an 01 400ex with 05 plastics. (450r style) Can i buy graphics for a 450r now and be able to put them on my plastics with no mod?

Or are the plastics for the 400ex just look like the 450r?

No i dont think so.. Cause your plastics still cover your gas tank, and the 450 r has an exposed tank that the graphics go on so they eill probably not match up there,,,,
