Racing in wild wood this weekend, tire setup?

I have radials on the front and have ridden wih radials in sandat gliddens in NJ and prettymuch every where down the shore.
But this is a race.

I dont want to push to much in the turns and give up positions.

what size hole shot should I use?

oh yeah this race does not allow paddles.

I'd throw some 20's on there if I was you,,,the little bit of extra hieght and side bit will probably help...I ran the 19 inch fronts and they work great when there brand new, but they push in the corners pretty bad now,,but they also need replaced bad. I'll be goin with 20's from here on out.

Bee ya might wanna look into some of the maxxis razr 20 inch MX tires,,they look like they got a center tread pattern that would work great in the sand or loomy terrain like you mentioned.
