wasn't trying to piss you off but 1000's of post have been made about the samething your talking about..... and IMO Curtis Sparks is the the best.... not many tc's that i have seen on the yfz and everyone i know with hmf is going to sparks

Sparks sells just the pipe or do I have to get the full system?

I just want the slip on, I don`t think I need a full system, my bike is stock.

Without a doubt the DMC alien model is the pipe to have I work at a local shop and have researched all the pipes out there. With again of 7 to 10 horses it has the punch want and although noise is not my favorite I will have to admit this pipe barks.

if you just want a slip-on, look into the Dr.D pipe. I got mine for about 220 from RSP Concepts on yfzcentral.com. i really like it. it pulls really good everywhere. i rode a buddies bike with a full hmf and mine felt stronger for sure. and i'd say it's about like, or maybe a little louder than a stock pipe on the yzf450 dirtbike, so it's not obnoxious like the TC

I love the curtis sparks system i put on my yfz ..... full system with the air filter brought the bike to life . The fit and finish was flawless!!!

I do believe i am correct when I say the 2 best pipes for performance on a yfz450 are the CT full system that adds 13-15HP, or the new White Bros. Carbon fiber is 12HPgain. The CT shows the dyno numbers on their website.
thanks

For what it's worth - my old man runs the full sparks and I'm running the HMF Ballance. We both prefer mine - it has a noticeable power advantage - particularly on the low end.
