I thought I would start a new thread on a popular subject. This is my first attempt at a 90 mod. My son will be at the helm for her maiden voyage at Greenbrier, Ar next weekend for the TT nationals. Everyone seems to have fun guessing, so I'll leave out the details and let you figure out what this thing is. (no big surprises)
Notice the beautifully manicured surroundings... true sign of an addicted quad junkie!!
Sorry about the picture quality - they started out extremely hi-res and I had to jack with them to get them to work.

OMG..... That is the best mini I have ever seen. Try to get some action pics. It almost looks like a modified 300ex or 250x frame.

ok, the swingarm looks like a 300ex, so I'm guessing the frame is a 300ex also and looks like laeger's a arms, ohlin shocks, durablue something steering stabilizer thingy....cr@p, What is it!?

Here's a 90 mod for sale on ebay. This use to be Tay's quad when she raced mx a couple years ago.

deff not a CR80 motor, maybe a kx or yz?

Pro circut pipe
300ex frame modded, notice the thick tube on the upper part of the frame.
Looks like a 400ex rear shock, maybe?

I'd put a smaller rotor on that thing, it seems like its about to get ripped off with any bump it hits.

Notice the angle of the kick starter, and the water pump cover. on the cr80 motor :)

Good guesses. Here is the skinny. Modded 250X frame and swingarm, YZ85 motor, ProCircuit pipe, Burgard A-Arms (400EX +2), Ohlins shocks, Durablue swaybar, durablue axle with custom kart hubs, custom sprocket carrier, YFZ plastics and seat with MX Graphics red and chrome flames package and last but not least a stock rear brake rotor, which is way too big. Anybody know of a smaller rotor that has the same bolt pattern?

Oh, btw she weighs in at just under 240 lbs and my best guess is somewhere around 22-23 hp - with the way it handles it will eat up Blasters on the TT track.
