the other day i was riding my lug nuts came undone on my left rear wheel and i didnt notice it and kept jumping. When i realized it i noticed my stud holes on the wheel were a little wallered out but it seemed the lugnuts stayed tight after that. What should i do? Also it cross threaded my splines on my studs and lug nuts and i need to know where to buy some new ones off the internet?

I just bought one new stud today, local dealer had it in stock. The p/n for the stud is 90103-HA2-003. They are about $4 or $5 a piece. The p/n for the lug nut is 90304-HA2-003. Don't know the price on them but you find out on servicehonda.com. Probably gonna need a new wheel also. Check with one of the site sponsors.

i may just say screw the wheel cuz i am saving up for the douglas ultimate beadlock rear wheels with holeshots. Man thats expensive for just one stud.

Man thats expensive for just one stud.

That's what I was thinking. I'm glad I only had to buy one.

why you have to buy one?

I cross threaded the nut on there with an impact being careless. The stud spun in the hub. Came out pretty easy and beat the new one in with a hammer and a socket. I would recommend a vice though, it would be much easier.

Mickey fin's in CT [the dealer I bought from] is looking into this since I seen many have this issue. I think it will be covered under warrenty. I usually retorgue my tires every oilchange on my 450r.

I've been riding for years and never have I had an atv/atc that did this. I think its all the torque the uncorked 450r's putting to the ground.

Im going tomorrow to pick up some studs and lug nuts, do you think the warranty will cover it? Because if they dont that is $56.

Sure enough the warranty didnt cover it. $56 wasted to me.
