Do i need a +1 stem to run a IMS tank?

but do i need a +1 steering stem to run a IMS 4.0 tank?

No, You can grind the edges down on the stem. If you run dirtbike handlebars just get some rox risers. They are awsome risers.

It depends on which style you get.... they have a couple of different choices,,
