How much differance does it really make? Are they worth the cash? Im guessing it helps on arm pump???

they definately helped with my problems with armpumps (although don't expect to be armpump free ), it also eases the pressure on your wrist when the trails are really rough.

I bought mine for the strength and because my stocker somehow got bent:p . Its not (IMO) a big enough difference to buy a $300 stem and bar clamp just for the anti-vibe.

i got a LSR anti-vibe stem and i feel it takes a good amount of vibration out of the handle bars. In my opinion though, they are alittle pricey bought new but im sure on Ebay they have better deals.

What about trying the Flexxbar instead of the stem. I dont personally own a pair but I would think the bars would do more for you than the stem would. Just my opinion... no hard facts.

havent rode a bike with Flexx bars yet but the idea sounds pretty good... they really make the ride more comfortable?
