Alright I'm am not sure what i need but I think it is the starter for a 400ex. the piece is down by the battery. It is a little round metal piece. Inside it has wireing wrapped in a circle many times around. thanks, Bryce

yes thats the solenoid...check ronnies.com or planethonda.com they sell stock parts. it will be hard to come across somebody selling a used solenoid. besides a new one will prob be pretty cheap anyways.

go to .www.eastcoastatv.com you can call them up tomorrow and get a used solenoid
