Off the start Sean Neidlinger got the holeshot with Johnny Gallagher in second, Chris Borich in third, Rob Zimmerman in 4th and Patrick Lunde in 5th. About 1 mile into the woods Neidlinger got hung up in a tree and Gallagher got by him and at the same time Lunde made a pass stick on Zimmerman, but only for a short time as he got hung up by one of our wooded friends. The four front runners stayed in formation until Gallagher, Neidlinger, and Borich stopped because they missed the marking arrows. This sent Zimmerman straight through the pack and into the lead with Borich hot on his tail. At the end of the first lap:
1st Lap Results:

1. Zimmerman
2. Borich
3. Neidlinger
4. Gallagher
5. Pickens

On the second lap Neidlinger traded spots with Gallagher, Barron traded up for Pickens spot, and Zimmerman stalled toward the end allowing Borich to take the lead.
2nd Lap Results:

1. Borich
2. Zimmerman
3. Gallagher
4. Neidlinger
5. Barron

A ¼ way into the third lap Zimmerman got a break as lapped traffic held up Borich. Zimmerman held onto the lead until a lapper forced him to slow up and Borich was able to make an awesome pass. Pickens was able to jump to third place spot with Gallagher and Barron hot on his heals.
3rd Lap Results:

1. Borich
2. Zimmerman
3. Pickens
4. Gallagher
5. Barron

On the fourth lap Gallagher got a flat dropping him back and allowing Neidlinger to take the #5 spot. Barron was able to pass Pickens for the #3 Spot.
4th Lap Results:

1. Borich
2. Zimmerman
3. Barron
4. Pickens
5. Neidlinger

At the end of the 5th lap Zimmerman got slowed up due to a lapper stuck on a hill. This allowed Barron and Pickens to close the gap on him.
5th Lap Results:

1. Borich
2. Zimmerman
3. Barron
4. Pickens
5. Neidlinger

Shortly into the 6th lap Zimmerman flipped his quad on an off camber. Barron was able to pass him just before he got his quad fired back up. Pickens was hot on Zimmerman’s tail. About ½ mile after making the pass Barron hit the smoke screen button on his quad (oil hose blew causing oil to hit the exhaust pipe). This caused Zimmerman and Pickens some trouble in picking their way through the trees. Barron pulled over finishing his day. Pickens made a pass on Zimmerman in a creek section, but Zimmerman would not allow it as he got back by Pickens before they left the creek section.
6th Lap Results:

1. Borich
2. Zimmerman
3. Pickens
4. Neidlinger
5. Gallagher

The last lap came and went with no exchange in positions.
Final Results:

1. Borich
2. Zimmerman
3. Pickens
4. Neidlinger
5. Gallagher
