Frame and a-arm color??

Ok, so I have a 300ex with stock plastics that hav ecut fromt fenders and a 250R scooped hood (red). I want to change the color of my frame and stuff now because it is getting a little rusty. I was thinking an all black frame with chrome a-arms and a black swinger, then polish up all my aluminum parts on it. How does that sound?

sound good but its really your choice are you going to powder coat or paint

Well I am goign to have the a-arms chromed, and I can't afford a powdercoat. I know I'm stupid, but I have a buddy that painted his 400 frame black with the auto spray paint then clear coated it, and its been like 2 years now, and it only has a couple chips, so I am going to do it right. I think it will look really good.

Be carefull all my experiences with painting any parts on quads is not been good,,

i touch up my quad with a spray can all the time..stuff is called "tremcald" its a rust covering paint, works awsome:)

Automotive paint will work fine, as long as you take the time and prep the frame right.
